Residences inspired by a resort atmosphere will be built in such a way as to improve both the physical and emotional state of residents through wellness programs. The residential complex will be implemented in two stages. In the first stage, 17 villas, approx. 60 large apartments, 150 small apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms and a hotel with 100 rooms will be built. In the second stage, one of the largest wellness centres in the world will be built.

Residents of the complex will be able to walk in the park with olive trees. A paved alley with trees will lead to each of the houses. Residents will also have access to all entertainment and public recreation areas. Squash courts, a football field and a basketball court will be set up next to the Keturah Reserve. Residents will be able to go to the gym and dance studio, visit the area for audio therapy, do yoga and find many other activities to their liking.
